Refunds: Refund policy (10 April 2026): no refund for the rest of a billing period after cancellation, Moments purchases are final, crypto payments are non-refundable in all cases, and billing errors must be reported within 30 days. EU and UK users can withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days, with a full refund if no premium features were used and a prorated one otherwise. Moments spent on content that generated successfully are not refunded, except for an image that is clearly broken or glitched: it can be reported and is refunded in Moments if review confirms a technical issue (the site's llms.txt adds that Advanced-mode generations and edits are reviewed but not refunded).
