Dream Companion (My Dream Companion) is a web-based NSFW AI roleplay and companion platform operated by Miracle AI UG (haftungsbeschränkt) of Berlin, Germany. The service dates from 2024 (its domain was registered in March 2024), while the operating company was registered in 2021 as Innovatix UG and renamed in June 2024. Its browse grid lists about 3,250 public characters in realistic and anime styles, filterable by 59 tags, gender and style. Of these, 54 come from the platform's own 'original' account (40 photoreal and 14 anime, 16 with short video loops) and the rest are made by users. Users can also build a companion with AI prompts, presets or a custom prompt, choose between several chat models, generate images and videos of a character and call it by voice; extras include AI 'Dream Cams' shows, a video-chat roulette and paid short movies. The interface comes in 16 languages.
Guests can browse but need an account to chat. A free account got 10 messages in our test (the interface labels the free plan 'Free 20 messages'), one custom character and no Dream Coins for pictures. Premium costs 11.99 USD per month or 69.99 per year and Ultimate 44.99 per month or 299.88 per year; both include unlimited messages, voice calls, audio messages and image and video generation, with 100 or 800 Dream Coins a month, and Ultimate adds priority generation, extended memory, advanced models and longer videos. Coins pay for media: 3 per standard image, 20 per video, 35 per Cinematic video with sound and about 8 per voice-call minute by the plan page's count, with packs from 9.99 for 100 coins to 149.99 for 3,750.
It suits users who want scenario roleplay with photoreal characters and image and video generation on a cheap annual plan. Notable limits: the monthly coin grants are small, subscriptions are refunded only for errors or technical faults, PayPal is not accepted, and there is no native iOS or Android app (similarly named store apps come from other developers). Some catalogue content is borderline: official and community cards lean on teacher and classroom setups (one official character is pitched as a friend of the user's daughter), the character creator accepts an uploaded face image, and a landing page markets an 'AI deep nude generator' while stating that its images come from prompts and do not copy real people.
