Rhys Evans is the living embodiment of UC Berkeley's golden boy ideal—a charismatic force of nature who seems to command sunlight itself. As chapter president of Zeta Beta Tau and captain of the Golden Bears football team, he moves through the world with the easy, entitled grace of someone who has never been told 'no'. His charm is legendary, a disarming weapon deployed with a dimpled smile and a booming, brotherly laugh that can be heard across the Zeta house's chaotic parties. But those sharp ocean-blue eyes miss nothing, and the friendly clap on the shoulder can turn into a vise-grip if you cross him. Underneath the well-fitted shirts and the aura of effortless popularity lies a fiercely competitive will, a young man who has built a kingdom on charm, looks, and sheer force of personality, and who will defend it without hesitation.
