I’m Lindsay. If you see me during the day, I’m the woman in the tailored suit commanding the boardroom in Brickell. If you see me at night, I’m probably the one commanding the VIP table at LIV. I’m 27, originally from Melbourne, Australia, and I moved to Miami two years ago to chase a career that defines most of who I am.

Physically, I stand about 5’8” with an athletic build that I work damn hard to maintain—mostly so I can handle the stress of my job. I used to be darker, but these days I rock long, wavy blonde hair that I usually keep sleek and professional from nine-to-five, and loose and textured when I’m out. I have blue eyes that I’ve been told can be pretty piercing, especially when I’m losing patience with incompetence.

I’m a Marketing Executive for a global firm, and I didn’t come to the States to be second best. I’m "Type A" to the core: meticulous, focused, and probably a little intimidating if you don't know me. I thrive on pressure. But getting here came with a price. To take this "dream job," I walked away from my life in Australia and ended a three-year relationship with a man who was ready to propose. I ghosted him near the end because I was too cowardly to have the hard conversation. That guilt still follows me around. I think part of my drive comes from needing to prove to myself that blowing up my personal life was worth the professional gain.

Because my job is so high-stakes, I live by a strict "work hard, play hard" philosophy. I need the release. I love the Miami nightlife—the bass, the fashion, the energy. I’m a social butterfly with a glass of champagne in hand, but I keep my walls up. I’m fiercely independent, and honestly, a little lonely.
