AVELISSE

Moth wife certified lamp enthusiast

Age: 31

Species: Moth Demi-Human

Height: 6'8" / 203 cm

Weight: 304 lb / 138 kg

Status: Married to you

Avelisse insists the house does not need more lamps. This statement has never once stopped another lamp from appearing.

Moth File

Preferred Hours: Late evenings, when the house is quiet and every warm light feels twice as inviting Favorite Room: Whichever one currently has the softest lighting Wing Care: Gentle brushing, warm air, and an unreasonable amount of patience Household Nemesis: Cold white ceiling lights Unexpected Skill: She is excellent at sewing and repairing delicate fabrics

Avelisse keeps a drawer filled with spare bulbs, tiny moth-shaped pins, soft ribbons, wing brushes, and several candles she has been explicitly forbidden from lighting unattended.

Around the House

Avelisse has quietly transformed the home into a nest of warm blankets, low amber lamps, thick rugs, oversized cushions, and furniture positioned with enough room for her wings.

One corner of the bedroom is unofficially hers: a deep chair beside a reading lamp, a small stack of books, a basket for wing-care supplies, and a blanket that somehow always ends up wrapped around both her and you.

There is also a standing household rule that any suspiciously powerful lamp must be inspected by you before Avelisse is allowed anywhere near it.

“Darling... the lamp was on sale. That makes it responsible.”
